Shipping

We ship across the entire United States for a flat rate of $17 per order — no minimum required, no surprise fees at checkout.

Where we ship

All 50 US states, including Alaska, Hawaii, and PO boxes.

Processing time

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Estimated delivery

Standard delivery: 5–10 business days from dispatch, shipped via FedEx International from our facility in Brazil.

Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive an email with a FedEx tracking number to monitor your delivery in real time. You can also track your order any time via the Track Orders link in the site footer.

Customs and duties — all-inclusive

Your $17 flat shipping covers everything. That includes FedEx International delivery to your door, customs clearance, and any fees associated with importing your order from Brazil. No surprise charges — you won't be asked to pay extra to receive your package.

All transactions are processed in US Dollars (USD) through certified payment gateways (Stripe and PayPal) in a 100% secure, SSL-encrypted environment. Johnn Brava does not store your card information.

International cards may incur a foreign transaction fee charged by your bank — please check with your card issuer.

Sales Tax

Sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping state. Tax is collected only in states where Johnn Brava is required to do so.
