a) Returns for a Refund If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of delivery.

• Conditions: The product must not show any signs of use, washing, or alteration. It must be returned with all original labels and tags attached.
• Process: After we receive and inspect the item at our distribution center, a full refund for the purchase will be issued.

b) Exchanges for Size or Style If the size isn't right or you wish to exchange for another style, the request must be made within 7 (seven) calendar days of delivery.

• Conditions: The product must be in perfect condition, as described above.
• Process: The first exchange is facilitated by us. Please contact us to receive instructions. The availability of the new product will be subject to our stock.

c) Exchanges for Manufacturing Defects If your product has a manufacturing defect, you have up to 90 (ninety) calendar days from the date of delivery to contact us.

• Process: We will request that you send photos for a preliminary analysis. If a defect is confirmed, we will offer an exchange for a new product or a full refund.
